Owners Chris and Sarah are very excited about their restaurant which is named after their first child Dominic who was born in 2013.
They both have extensive experience in the catering industry and look forward to welcoming you to experience French cuisine and warm hospitality.
After a rural Cambridgeshire upbringing in a family with a tradition of growing and cooking fresh food, Chris started his culinary career at the Three Horseshoes in Madingley. a well renowned and innovative restaurant on the outskirts of Cambridge, where he developed a passion for creating beautiful plates from the finest local ingredients.
He then decided to continue his training at Bibendum, the famous London restaurant in the beautiful iconic Michelin building, founded by Simon Hopkinson.
